Excited Fans
Most of the figures were purchased then I painted to give a more lifelike appearance. this Yugo fan though, was one I sculpted myself along with all of the pit crew figures.
Luxury Boxes
The lucky fans who were given the view right over pit lane and the start finish line.
Pit Lane
Full view of the bit building, pits, luxury boxes and beer garden. All hand built from scratch.
The Final Sector
A view of the final sector of the track, coming over the bridge into the final 3 turns before the finish line.
Pit Entrance
Entering the pits just right is a must when it’s time to re-fuel. This shot shows all of the pit crew figures that I sculpted by hand. As well as the tool boxes and supplies inside of each of the garages that I created as well.
The Main Straight
A view of the main straight with three cars lined up to take the start.
Full Throttle
Cars race down the main straight reaching maximum speed.
Turn 1
Fans look on as the cars slow at the end of the main straight and make their way through turn 1.
Turn 2
Cars are leaving Turn 2 picking up speed downhill.
Short Straight
Cars race through Turn 3 down a short straight before hitting the squeeze of the S-Turns. Fans grab some lunch at the hot dog stand.
Turn 5
Cars making their way around Turn 5 as a marshal looks on.
Coming Up The Hill
Cars leave Turn 5, then quickly come up the hill approaching the bridge.
A Wider View
A wider view shoing the cars coming up the hill with the main in the background that goes under the bridge.
Start Finish Line
The marshal starts to wave the checkered flag as cars approach the start finish line. Starter figure is hand sculpted.
Safety First
The Safety Team is always at the ready in case of an on track incident. Hand sculpted figures.

Medics are always at the ready in case something happens. Hand sculpted figures.
Parking Lot
You always need a place to park and buy tickets.
Filling the Stands
A finished piece ready to be placed on the track. Figures were purchased and painted, but the stands were hand built from scratch.
Turn 1 Stands
The stand just behind the wall of Turn 1. A thrilling place to sit as cars reach full speed before hitting the brakes at Turn 1.
Turn 2 Stands
The stands just behind the wall of Turn 2. It’s a long walk to the Beer Garden, so they had to put a refreshment stand close by.

Beer Stand Interior
I had to make a lighting change to show the interior of the beer stand. It’s the little details that make all the difference to me.
Turn 3 Stands
The stands at Turn 3 also with a nice shot of hand built trees. Notice the porta-potty, even plastic figures need a place to go.

More fans in the stands at the foot of the stairs that lead ot the beer garden.
The Marshal
Another hand built scenery item. This time a marshall stand. Marshall figure is hand sculpted.
Oh No!
Serious crash in turn three. Luckily the fire brigade is there to put out the flames. I used pillow filling and LEDs to create this scene. Fireman figure is hand sculpted.

A car got on the brakes a little late and hit the wall.
